Auditorium Ivan Pictet | Maison de la paix, Geneva

Health in All Policies

Health in All Policies (HiAP) is a proven approach for developing good leadership and governance which underpins Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and strong public health systems. It forms part of the prioritised shifts envisaged by the WHO 13th General Programme of Work. HiAP is implemented at different levels of government and in diverse contexts in countries around the world, with an emphasis to reduce inequities and to ensure that 'no one is left behind'.
This event explores existing governance mechanisms and partnership models for UHC in selected countries across the world and how they have benefited from a HiAP approach.
