workshop on how to write standard operating procedures (SOPs)

A 2 day workshop on how to write standard operating procedures (SOPs) was conducted at the PHI on the 4th and 5th December 2017. It was an engaging and interactive workshop where participants learnt about quality, quality systems, and how to write clear, concise SOPs.
